With the integration of the Unified Social Policy Concept, including a unified list of benefits and a procedure for their provision, subsidiaries are gradually stepping away from collective labor agreements, as the new approach includes a wider range of guarantees and compensations than individual collective agreements of subsidiaries. In 2018, collective labor agreements continued to be in force at Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka JSC and Giprovostokneft JSC. The collective agreements cover 8% of the Group of Companies’ employees.
